If customer regrets order/purchase after its recieved (Right of Withdrawal), the customer themself has to pay the freight back.

If customer recieves wrong size, color, damaged product etc: ByHelenaa pays for the freight back.

In order to return product, it has to be un-used! Customer has 14 days (from the time the order was placed) to report about the return wish. Product(s) has to be sent/delivered within 14 days after report day.

NORWAY

1. Make sure you read the following instructions thoroughly.

2a. (If your package is damaged, has wrong color etc) Contact us on Mail: (starbyhelenaa@gmail.com) and inform us about why you want a return. Send at least two pictures of the damage if there is any. When we approve your reason, we will contact you and pay for return-freight as fast as possible.- We will buy shipping. Mark that used clothes before return will be dismissed.

2b. (If customer REGRETS purchase/order "The Right of Withdrawal") Contact us on Mail: (starbyhelenaa@gmail.com) Tell us a little about why you want a return. When we approve your reason, you will recieve the address that you´re going to order freight and send the package back to.

(Mark that 2a`s expenses are covered by ByHelenaa, 2b`s expenses are covered by customer)

3. If you have to order shipping (applies to 2b): follow these steps->

Go to Helthjem.no, click on "sende pakke" and afterwards"medium/80kr". Fill in information+ recieved information. Place the package in your mailbox, at decided time.

4. When we recieve the package, we will send you either refund or new product that was agreed in advance.
