What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, we only accept returns within Norway. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the item, with a return fee of 82 NOK. Please contact us at starbyhelenaa@gmail.com, or through the form below, and we will help you arrange a return.
Where is my order?
Standard Shipping – Norway: Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days after purchase. Delivery normally takes 5–8 business days. Shipping cost: 80 NOK. Standard Shipping – Europe: Once your order has been processed, delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks. Shipping cost: 90 NOK. Please note that any taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon arrival in your country.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to customers within Scandinavia and to countries that are members of the European Union or located in Europe. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside these regions at this time. We appreciate your understanding and hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Shipping within Norway: 80 NOK
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days and typically delivered within 5–8 business days.
Standard shipping outside Norway (within Europe): 110 NOK
